Pumpkin Competition & Harvest Chutney Competition

To acknowledge one of the main reasons for the very first Arrowtown Autumn Festival, we are celebrating the end of the harvest season by running a Harvest Chutney Competition and a Pumpkin Competition.

Harvest Chutney Competition

Your creations must be made from locally grown produce and delivered to the Festival Office in the Athenaeum Hall before 4pm on Thursday 25th April.

Each entry must include a small jar for our judges to sample as well as at least 1 full jar (or more if you wish) to be given to Baskets of Blessings to distribute to local families. Please include your name, phone number and the ingredients when you hand them in. Thank you!

Pumpkin Competition

Welcome to our inaugural Arrowtown Autumn Festival Pumpkin Growing Competition! Bring your pumpkins along to Buckingham Green by 3pm on Friday 26th April. Pumpkin must be clearly labeled with name and phone number.

There will be prizes for the heaviest, ugliest, prettiest and best creation pumpkins.
